Minimum Days and Special Bell Schedules
The Minimum Day schedule is used during California State Testing week, Culmination Week, and occasionally on other days during the school year. Students finish school at 12:20pm instead of 3:00pm.
A Special Bell Schedule is used on minimum days and for days when periods are out of order. Examples include the days of the Algebra/Geometry end of year course exam and the California Writing Assessment test.
* On Minimum Days with four periods, they may be any four of the six periods, not necessarily Period 1, Period 2, Period 3, and Period 4.
